Cancellation, Refunds and Return

An order shall be considered confirmed unless you cancel the order within one day or before Ayuvya Ayurveda dispatches the products. In order to cancel your order or to change your order, prior to the order being dispatched, you will need to call our customer service number for the same. Please note that once the said order is dispatched from our side, it can neither be cancelled nor changed by you. The return policy is available only if you have received a Wrong or Damaged item. In case of returns, the product must be unopened and in the same condition as it was dispatched. We shall not accept the return of products that are consumed or once opened. If you receive a damaged product, either the correct item will be delivered to you within 5-6 business days, or a refund will be processed only after we have received the damaged goods (3-5 business days).

Partial Payment Non-Refundable Policy: By making a partial payment, you acknowledge and agree that such payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to all products and services where partial payments are accepted.

NOTE: It is a strict requirement to record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video upon receiving the product. This video serves as mandatory evidence in case of a request for exchange or return due to a wrong or damaged product. Failure to provide this video will result in the rejection of any exchange or return claims.

Shipping and Delivery

Ayuvya Ayurveda shall handle the logistics and endeavour to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products. At the time of placing your order, depending on your place of residence, an estimated delivery timeline (typically 3–10 business days) will be shared along with the consignment number for tracking the status of your order.

Please note that all delivery timelines are indicative in nature and not guaranteed. While Ayuvya Ayurveda will make its best efforts to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors including but not limited to high demand, logistical constraints, courier partner delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In exceptional circumstances, delivery timelines may extend beyond the usual estimated period.Electronic Invoice Policy:

To contribute to environmental sustainability and reduce paper usage, we will provide an electronic invoice (e-invoice) for all purchases. The e-invoice will be sent directly to the contact information provided during your purchase, via WhatsApp.

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you consent to receiving your invoice electronically. Please ensure that the contact details you provide are accurate and accessible for this purpose. If you have any specific concerns or require an alternative format, kindly contact our customer support team.

NOTE: Free products are offered subject to availability. If the listed free product is unavailable at the time of shipping, we reserve the right to replace it with any other product of our choice.

In case you received the wrong item

In case you received a damaged item

Drop us an email with your order ID and a picture of the damaged product at care@ayuvya.com or call us at +91 9667759746 within 5 days of the date of delivery. Our customer delight team will get in touch with you to resolve it at the earliest.

In case you have concerns related to the product

Order Cancellation

In case you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you can cancel it within 1 Day of placing it. Your money will be refunded if it's a prepaid order.
In case you need to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery as the order will not be returned once delivered.

In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you

Shipping charges on purchase

We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.

Shipping Return And Refund

Shipment will be delivered in 3-10 days working days. Replace/Return can be done in 5-6 working days after receiving the order. Refunded amount will be credited in 3-5 working days in original mode.
